Each & every bicycle is dispatched from HOTEBIKE only after 100% QC inspection and approval. We assure you low maintenance & repair for the HOTEBIKE products.
Mechanical System: All the components like frame, wheel, etc which are not electrically connected or are using in conventional bicycles are categorized under mechanical system. Periodical maintenance and adjustment of the mechanical system are listed in the user manual. Customer need to visit any local bicycle shop to do the periodical maintenance or repair. Any part is found to be defective will be send to the customer free of charge during warranty period.

Electrical System: All the components like battery, motor, etc which are electrically connected are categorized under electrical system. HOTEBIKE electrical system is having zero maintenance. For the assistance regarding any issue in electrical system customer should contact HOTEBIKE Customer Care. Our team will assist the customer to solve the issue by himself. Any part is found to be defective will be repaired or replaced by HOTEBIKE.

WARRANTY

The main components and their warranty period are below.

One Year Limited Warranty
One (1) Year after the date of receiving, if any part or component of the bike is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced free at HOTEBIKE discretion. Parts included are the battery, motor, throttle, controller, LCD display, derailleur, hardware, wheel hubs, handlebar components and any other parts mutually agreed to of failed due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components.

Consumable Items
Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, chains, upholstery and seating, brakes and brake pads, cables, fuses, buttons, shrouds and covers.

Damage, Accidental Damage and Misuse
Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, extreme riding, modifications and alterations.

Second Hand Owners and Reselling
No warranty will be offered or honored for second hand owners. The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser.

Initiating A Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact HOTEBIKE’s service department by calling +86-18928076376, or preferably by email at service@hotebike.com. Note that before any warranty claims will be fulfilled, satisfactory proof of purchase will be required, and a photo or video of the damaged part must be sent and reviewed by HOTEBIKE.

Returning Faulty Parts
Do not return faulty parts to HOTEBIKE without prior consent. A request for a return authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
